We're looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead our initiatives in responsible AI development. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products that empower workers displaced by AI.
This role is perfect for someone who has been through the AIWatch Academy and wants to apply their skills in a mission-driven company.
Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy for AI-powered tools
Work with engineering teams to prioritize features
Conduct user research with displaced workers
Create product roadmaps and specifications
Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategy
Monitor product metrics and iterate based on data
Requirements
3+ years of product management experience
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies
Experience with user research and data analysis
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for worker empowerment
Nice to Have
AIWatch Academy certification
Experience in community-driven products
Background in ethics or social impact
Familiarity with no-code tools
